static.go4webdev.org is a “human readable” format instead of your IP-address. So the DNS-server translates “static.go4webdev.org” to IP-address 123.45.6.7. If you already have a DNS-host you can redirect it to your new Go server IP-address. If you do not have a domain, you must buy a domain. Or choose a free domain (domain.tk is a free domain). There are hundreds of domain companies out there. Choose one that suits you best.
